Next Gen 9-1-1 Services

The State seeks to acquire a private and secure IP network infrastructure, called an emergency services IP network ("ESInet"), and associated services. This network and services will interconnect Maine Public Safety Answering Points ("PSAPs") and other points-of-interconnection ("POIs").
